CAMBRIDGE COMBINATORIAL SIGNS LEAD OPTIMIZATION DEAL WITH SOLVAY PHARMACEUTICALS

Cambridge, UK … Cambridge Combinatorial Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oxford Molecular Group plc (London Stock Exchange: OMG), today announced it has signed an agreement with Brussels-based Solvay Pharmaceuticals to provide chemistry services for lead optimization.

Dr Allan Marchington, Chief Executive of Cambridge Combinatorial said: "Our track record and expertise in lead optimization is built on the foundation of strong medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutical industry experience. Cambridge Combinatorial will synthesize and supply libraries of compounds to Solvay. As in all of its collaborations, the compounds supplied by Cambridge Combinatorial will be of high purity and be accompanied by comprehensive analytical data.
